A Thorough Servo Motor Fault Discovery and Repair Process

Below is a quick breakdown of the process:- Receiving Your Servo Motor: You can send us your servo motor via mail, and upon receiving it, we will send you a confirmation on the same day. Once you get that confirmation, it affirms that we’ll start working on fixing it ASAP.
- Troubleshooting Steps: Servo motor repair & spindle motor repairs’ service puts your motor through what’s called dynamic testing to determine what is wrong. The testing also helps us determine the best way to fix the motor. Once we have a printout of the diagnostics and the results from the dynamic testing, it helps our technicians dismantle and repair the motor.
- Inspection and Rebuilding: All servo motors, whether they are DC or AC motors, have to be dismantled entirely, fixed and then rebuilt. That’s why as an added step, our technicians closely inspect the motor, clean it and then rebuild it after rectifying the fault. We will often replace things like the seals and gaskets in addition to the faulty hardware. Finally, everything is resealed so that nothing can get into the motor.
- Testing and Approval: After the motor has been fixed, it is put through final testing. Usually, it will run on a factory drive. Once the repairs are approved, it is sent to you.
- Sending it Over to You: The repaired servo motor is then packaged, and new connector coverings are added before being sent to you.
